This month we have a special class where we take a deep dive into Illinois’ most ordered cocktail— the Old Fashioned!

This class will show you how to dial in one of the most basic yet easiest to mess up cocktails. We will be focusing on base spirit selection— selecting different bourbons, rye, brandy, and mezcal. Experimenting with how sugar types/quantity, bitters types/quantity, and water integration all play key factors in creating the perfect Old Fashioned for you. Walking away from this class, you will be equipped to make your favorite Old Fashioned at home for you and your guests.
