Intro to Golden Ratios

In this class the guests will mix their way through 8 classic cocktail ratios as a way of understanding the origin and evolution of cocktail styles. We will serve 5 pre-mixed cocktails in 1/3 cocktail portions and stir or shake 4 others. Guests will be placed in groups of 4 circling a table with mixing tools and will learn the basics of stirring and shaking during this class. This class provides a broad overview and should be considered an "Intro" into cocktails.
